Baniel Cheung, from Hong Kong University introduced the Webinar by defining CRM and the different ways to serve the customers better. Technology and automation have accelerated the deploying of CRM and have improved services. Johanna Aberg, Marketing Manager of ATG, Emmanuelle Malecaze-Doblet, Marketing Manager of PMU and Jean-Baptiste Jesbac, Head of CRM at PMU shared they own CRM strategy and campaigns. The process was adapted last year with the impact of Covid but has proved to be extremely useful to increase the number of customers and improve the services.
